These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of letsdink.co (the "Site") and our waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About dink
dink is a pre-launch product. The Site currently offers a waitlist and information about a personal finance app being built for couples. dink is not yet a live financial service, does not currently provide financial accounts or advice, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as financial guidance.
Joining the waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you agree to receive email updates about dink. You can unsubscribe at any time. You're responsible for providing an accurate email address that you're authorized to use.
Referrals and rewards
Our referral program lets you earn rewards, such as free months at launch, when people join using your referral link. Rewards are promotional, offered at our discretion, and contingent on dink actually launching. We may change or end the program, and adjust reward terms, at any time before launch. Attempting to game the program — for example with fake or automated signups — may result in forfeiture of rewards.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes not attempting to disrupt or attack the Site, not submitting unlawful, harmful, or offensive content through any input fields, and not manipulating the referral or feature-request features.
User submissions
If you submit a feature request or other content, you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve dink. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share or that you wouldn't want displayed publicly.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" during pre-launch. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, features, or launch timing, and disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as dink develops. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
